From a single family estate in the misty hills of Coorg, the coffee capital of India. Arabica grown at 3,500 ft above sea level alongside pepper and cardamom, roasted darker and longer at origin by a master roaster with over 30 years of experience. Most dark roasts are over-roasted to cover up low-quality beans. Ours is roasted dark because the Coorg Arabica, dense and slow-grown at altitude, can handle it without tipping into bitter.
